Submit component must be placed after other components of the form?

I want to implement the ISpecificationResolverDelegate Extension Point
of Tapestry. I hava no .page files, all .page files will be generated
from some XML files. 
But Tapestry seems to require local .page file on the harddisk (not 
filestream in memory):
While creating a instance of IComponentSpecification, I must pass 
the .page file path as a parameter.
