   ## Summary
   1. mask of m bits should be `(1<<m)-1` rather than `(1<<(m+1))-1`
   2. According to `MPU-6000/MPU-6050 Register Map and Descriptions`: `EXT_SYNC_SET` and `DLPF_CFG` is 3 bit width
