That's not a bug report. It's not even a usable "false positive" report.
SpamAssassin is not a centrally-managed spam filtering service, it is a
software framework and a base collection of scoring rules that is used by mail
systems and end users to differentiate between wanted email ("ham") and
unsolicited bulk email ("spam".) Whether or not a particular message is scored
at a particular site as spam is determined to a large degree by that site's
local configuration and rules.

utilizable.
SpamAssassin no es un servicio de filtrado de spam administrado de forma
centralizada, es un marco de software y una colección básica de reglas de
