[Cocoon 2.1.9] Internationlization i18n

Hey guys

had a quick question.
Is there a way to use gender specific internationilization in Cocoon???

Say, I am creating a letter.
I wud rite Dear. Mr. John Doe to start with or Dear Mrs. Jane Doe
In English, 'dear' can be used for both. But, I believe there are languages
where it mite  differ from gender to gender.

Is there a way to handle this in cocoon?
