We already have a bundle for this at https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/snapshots/org/apache/servicemix/bundles/org.apache.servicemix.bundles.scala-library/2.8.0_1-SNAPSHOT/

Jean-Baptiste is planning to do the new bundles' release over the next few weeks, which will include this bundle as well.
