[RESULT][VOTE] Release Apache Airflow 2.0.0 form 2.0.0rc3

Hello Airflow Community,

The vote to release Apache Airflow version 2.0.0 based on 2.0.0rc3 is now
closed.

The vote PASSED with 11 binding "+1", 7 non-binding "+1" and 0 "-1" votes:
