broken jira-links on servicemix download page

Hi,

the links on the servicemix download page 
http://servicemix.apache.org/downloads/servicemix-4.5.1 to the jira 
issues are not working.

for example the link SMX4-1286 
<http://issues.apache.org/active/browse/SMX4-1286> under the bug section 
points to https://issues.apache.org/active/browse/SMX4-1286 which should 
be https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SMX4-1286 
<https://issues.apache.org/active/browse/SMX4-1286>

so: s/active/jira/g

Thanks for reporting this, Marco!  I have updated the page and I also
fixed the script I used to generate that bit of the page, so if you go
back to that page now, the links should be fixed.
