    FALCON-1776 Process instance update in titan DB based on JMS notifications on coordinator actions

    In the JMS notifications from the coordinator action, there is no information on timestamp. This patch allows the timestamp property to be optional when adding process instance to titan DB. See the picture below for an example result (i.e. WAITING instance).

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/yzheng-hortonworks/falcon FALCON-1776
