Key_Shared subscriptions are a new feature as of Pulsar 2.4.0 and is in the current version that Camel uses. [http://pulsar.apache.org/docs/en/concepts-messaging/#key_shared] This would be to add the Key_Shared subscription type and new configurations to make that function as intended. Github PR is being worked on and will be available shortly.
