use spamassassin blacklist as banned list in postfix?

I just have an idea of extracting list of sender addresses and domains
which have score 0.999 from spamassassin database to a regexp access
file and using it in postfix access control: reject all mails from those
sources.
Is that too aggressive?
Everybody please give your advice!
