Attaching an initial patch.
I have created a class 'MetricParser' , which can be used to parse the json from the metrics web ui. I have a test case to validate the isHa and isActive from the ui. This class can be used for parsing SentryStore metrics too. 
[~sravya1812] and [~anneyu]  please have a look at the patch.
