On https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/releases/org/freemarker/freemarker/2.3.24-incubating/ and on https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/freemarker/freemarker/2.3.24-incubating/ you will see the same files listed, but if you click on them, on Central you get 404 for most of them (not all of them), while they are fine on the Apache repo.
Can you somehow force resynchronization with the Central repository, or has any idea how to fix this?
