1.8.1 is released!

Hey all,

Airflow 1.8.1 has been fully released, including into PyPi.

  https://pypi.python.org/pypi/apache-airflow

The changelog, updating, and readmes have all been updated with the latest
1.8.1 information as well.

WARN: I wanted to make a special point to call out the fact that we moved
the package name from `airflow` to `apache-airflow`, so you'll need to
uninstall your old `airflow` before installing the new package.
