[jira] Updated: (TUSCANY-528) Implementation clean up after removing named parameters

Kevin Williams updated TUSCANY-528:
-----------------------------------

Description: The option to use named parameters has been removed from the Command interaface. The runtime needs some cleanup and maybe refactoring to optimize around indexed-only parameters. Some test cases still need to be cleaned up too. For example, some of the Config files still specify SQL with named parameters.
