StorageInfoProto has cTime, layoutVersion, namespaceID and clusterID. This is really information of a node that is part of the cluster, such as Namenode, Standby/Secondary/Backup/Checkpointer and datanodes. To reflect this, I want to rename it as NodeInfoProto from StorageInfoProto.
