[Bug 53726] New: httpclient.localaddress property has no effect

Setting the "httpclient.localaddress" property in the jmeter.properties file
has no effect.

Setting this using the -j switch does not work as well.

I am using JMeter 2.7 r1342410

In this case, note that the property only works with HTTPClient samplers
