       * Move Volume Management to core.volume under Ozone Manager.
       * Move Bucket Management to core.bucket package under Ozone Manager.
       * Move Key Management functions to core.Keys package.
       * Move S3 and FS to Ozone Manager core package.
       * Move Metrics, discovery, persistence, security to its own package under ozone manager.
       * Rename web to commandLine, since the Rest interface is not used any more since we have S3.
