Currently the Tobago Theme Config can only store integers. To have more flexibilities this should be extended to data-types like floats and strings. Additionally optional measurement information could be specified.

The Tobago Theme Config (tobago-theme-config.xml) is accesed via static methods in ThemeConfig. This should be changered.
