multiple webapps directory

I am trying to setup my tomcat to enable multiple webapp directories the 
reason for this is that we
have a number of webapps on our tomcat that we don't want to enter into 
the apache mod_jk config.

So we would like to pass a JkMount /ct/*, so that /ct would contain all of 
the new applications
and / would be the default application list.

Is this possible.
