[MENTORS] Codebase organization

Dear mentors,

We have some question regarding code base organization under apache.
The question is following: can we use multiple repositories for DLab project.
Such problem appeared because we have vast variety of technology stack used in DLab (Currently we have java, angular, python etc.) and it will be easier to have separate repo for each project as it is independent.

Can you help us with that?
