1. advance zone. Add 2 hosts. 
  create PVLAN shared network with VLAN ID, private VLAN ID, IPV4 gateway, netmask, start IP, end IP 

2. Deploy VMs in PVLAN shared network
3. stop VM
4. Start stopped VM failed
