Database Journal and file revision.log

Hi,
If I'm using database journal:
<Cluster id="${app.instance.name}" >
        <Journal
class="org.apache.jackrabbit.core.journal.OracleDatabaseJournal">
        
        
        
        </Journal>
    </Cluster>


 do I need define the revision parameter?

 


I'm confusing with this parameter, when I must declare it or not, and why.

and must be one for each node in the cluster or one global revision.log for
all nodes in the cluster.
