Problem with CVS download

Hello:

I'm getting the following error with FOP built from CVS source. This is
the error

[elrond@valinor wd]$ java org.apache.fop.apps.CommandLine Stories.fo

FATAL ERROR: 'master-name' must be uniqueacross page-masters and 
page-sequence-masters 

Has anyone seen this error before? Am I missing something on my
stylesheet? (the stylesheet is available at
http://valinor.sjsu.edu/~elrond/writing/wd/development.xsl
