Steps to reproduce
1. Install ambari-server
2. install hadoop with defaults credentials
3. Installation ended with warnings(not on YARN)
4. On Services page YARN shows alert

Percent NodeManager healthy
CRIT for 20 minutes
CRITICAL: total:<3>, affected:<3>
{code}
5. On Hosts page each host contains alert but the NodeManager state is shown as green and in api it's status is STARTED
{code}
NodeManager health
CRIT for 29 minutes
CRITICAL: NodeManager unhealthy
{code}
