Re: Apex Core PR

Hi Vlad,

In one of the PR the travis build is passing but Jenkins build is failing.
https://github.com/apache/apex-malhar/pull/409

Is it observed somewhere else too?
Any idea why that is the case?

Thanks,
Chinmay.

Why should we ignore results of Jenkins tests?

Travis is lot faster than the Apache Jenkins, should we just stick with
that?

Sounds like flaky
com.datatorrent.lib.io.fs.FileSplitterInputTest.testRecoveryOfPartialFile
test. It is up to committer to decide if it is OK to ignore Jenkins or
Travis test results and merge the PR. It will be good if author of
FileSplitterInputTest or anybody else will fix the test.

Thank you,

Vlad
