I think karaf 2.3.x already pickup blueprint-core-1.1.1-SNAPSHOT, you will need to revert it back to 1.1.0
Btw, I quite disappointed that we not able to get aries team to release 1.1.1. I ended up to release it internally and get my custom karaf 2.3.x to pick it up at our build time
