[GitHub] [beam] kennknowles opened a new issue, #19319: Flaky python3 test in Python PreCommit

kennknowles opened a new issue, #19319:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/19319

   These recent Python PreCommit builds all had the `:beam-sdks-python:testPython3` task fail:
    * [3387](https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PreCommit_Python_Commit/3387/console) ([#7408](https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7408))
    * [3385](https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PreCommit_Python_Commit/3385/console) ([#7416](https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7416))
    * [3382](https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PreCommit_Python_Commit/3382/console) ([#7300](https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7300))
    * [3370](https://builds.apache.org/job/beam_PreCommit_Python_Commit/3370/console) ([#7407](https://github.com/apache/beam/pull/7407))

   The cause is:
   ```
   [Here's](https://gist.github.com/ryan-williams/33c093cab808841627ef2944f0447e01#file-gistfile1-txt-L50) the output from another run of the same test (probably in python 2?) that succeeded in 3387. I don't see why it fails (sometimes) on Python 3.
