Sqllab queries occasionally gets to 100% and gets stuck, not returning results.

Query gets to 100% and returns results

Query gets to 100% and gets stuck
#### How to reproduce the bug
Difficult to reproduce because it doesn't happen all of the time.
### Environment

- superset version: 0.32
