[users@httpd] Apache2 User ID's

Hi,

While I was reading a book it mentioned "Apache 2.x, which allows you to
designate which user and group IDs to use for running a given set of
scripts." Is this possible for Apache 2.x on Windows? If so how do I do this
for a particular cgi-bin?
