Welcome Nipurn Doshi as an Apache DRAT PMC member + committer!

Hi Folks,

 

The Apache DRAT PMC has voted and added Nipurn Doshi to our PMC for
his contributions to the new website.

 

Nipurn can you please speak up and say something about yourself? Thanks much!
