Incubator PMC/Board report for January 2010 ("Lucene.Net Developers" )

Dear Lucene.Net Developers,

This email was sent by an automated system on behalf of the Apache Incubator PMC.
It is an initial reminder to give you plenty of time to prepare your quarterly
board report.

The board meeting is scheduled for Wed, 20 January 2010, 2 pm Pacific. The report
for your podling will form a part of the Incubator PMC report. The Incubator PMC
requires your report to be submitted one week before the board meeting, to allow
sufficient time for review.

Please submit your report with sufficient time to allow the incubator PMC, and
subsequently board members to review and digest. Again, the very latest you
should submit your report is one week prior to the board meeting.

Thanks,

The Apache Incubator PMC

Submitting your Report
----------------------

Your report should contain the following:

 * Your project name
 * A brief description of your project, which assumes no knowledge of the project
   or necessarily of its field
 * A list of the three most important issues to address in the move towards
   graduation.
 * Any issues that the Incubator PMC or ASF Board might wish/need to be aware of
 * How has the community developed since the last report
 * How has the project developed since the last report.

This should be appended to the Incubator Wiki page at:

  http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/January2010

Note: This manually populated. You may need to wait a little before this page is
      created from a template.

Mentors
-------
Mentors should review reports for their project(s) and sign them off on the
Incubator wiki page. Signing off reports shows that you are following the
project - projects that are not signed may raise alarms for the Incubator PMC.

Friendly reminder; Cleaning up of Incubator Resources should have been
done by the graduating podling.

site-author/projects/index.xml  --> I just fixed this.
site-author/stylesheets/project.xml  --> I just fixed this.

site-author/projects/lucene.net.xml  --> Forgotten by everyone?

I just removed Lucene.NET from the Incubator ReportingSchedule.

Yes, Lucene.Net has graduated as a sub-project under Lucene. See:

You may not be, but Clutch [1] would appear not to have been told. Fix
that, and these mails will stop :-)

I'm not sure exactly which data source Clutch uses for this information
though, so I can't help there :-(

So because Lucene.Net is still listed as in incubation,
Clutch tries to determine its mail list locations.
It gets hints from their Status Page at
http://incubator.apache.org/projects/lucene.net.html
then tries other educated guesses such as
http://incubator.apache.org/mail/

Those hints and guesses are failing, so it falls back
to using general@i.a.o for the report announcements.

The main data sources are the
ReportingSchedule and "projects currently in incubation" table
See links to those at:
http://incubator.apache.org/clutch.html#notes

See some hints for graduation cleanup at:
http://incubator.apache.org/clutch.html#h-Graduate

While we are at it, Clutch also lists some other stuff
that "graduated" projects have not yet dealt with:
http://incubator.apache.org/clutch.html#other

Hasn't Lucene.Net officially graduated or am I misinformed?
