h1. Fix Design

The current return body is

remove index_plan_id

decrease_layouts -> removed_layouts_size
increase_layouts -> added_layouts_size
rollback_layouts -> recovered_layouts_size {code}
The existing API does not check the null value of the request parameter aggregation_groups, resulting in unclear error messages. Therefore, it is necessary to add a check for aggregation_groups.
