I am attaching a tutorial that I have been working on for a while. I think it covers most of the aspects of the API and mapreduce. It includes demo code and an article. 

There may be a few glitches here and there. So fixes and suggestions are more than welcome. 

Once this is committed, I think we can do some PR, so that more users would start to use Gora.
