These mojo now have:
- tomeeHttpsPort: the https port
- forceHttps: use https even if http is set
- ejbdEndpoint: /tomee/ejb by default but allow to override it if you deploy it without your webapp (EjbServlet)
- lookupVariables: additional entries for the remote lookup of Deployer if you customize EJBd lookup
