Spoofing timestamps

When using Axis2, how do I get the WSSConfig object so I can spoof the 
timestamp values? I see the function in the WSSConfig but I do not know 
how to get hold of the WSSConfig object prior to making a Axis SOAP 
call. Thanks, David
