jdbc jars removed from ibiblio

If anyone has been using the ibiblio repository to obtain the jdbc jars, 
they've now been removed, as they are only distributable via the Sun 
Binary Code License.

Download the jdbc-2.0 standard extension and place them in 

$MAVEN_HOME/repository/jdbc/jars/jdbc-2.0.jar

or your defined local repository, if you require them.
