The download page must point to a mirror, not the main Apache server.
The ASF servers should only be used for downloading KEYS and hashes/sigs (which are all small).
Also, the links on the download page to the KEYS files are broken - they should point to dist/buildr not dist/buildr/m.n.o

The normal procedure is to have a single KEYS file for a project.
This contains all present and past keys used for signing.
When a key changes, just add the new key - don't remove the old one unless it has not been used to sign a release.

I'd like to move the KEYS under each released versions e.g. buildr/1.3.5/KEYS, because keys may change, committers may change, etc.
But, I didn't have write access to the 1.3.4 directory in order copy the file into it. Should I submit an infra request or is this something you can help with?

Thanks Sebb for the notice. I've now updated the links on the site. Updates should propagate in time. I'll mark this issue as fixed when I witness the changes.

There are two identical KEYS files:
http://www.apache.org/dist/buildr/1.3.5/KEYS
http://www.apache.org/dist/buildr/KEYS
The one in the 1.3.5/ subdirectory should be removed, and the link from http://buildr.apache.org/download.html#dist changed accordingly.
