When a CMP bean having a MTM relationship is removed via ejbRemove only the table to which the CMP is mapped is deleted. The records of the MTM table corresponding to the relationships are not deleted.

Resolution: Fixed
The problem was more general: the relationships were not reset when an entity was removed.
This is now fixed.
