   For example, I need to use the ${system.datetime} parameter, which can be obtained in shell scripts, but in Java programs, whether it's the main program parameters or virtual machine parameters, all are obtained as null
   
   
   ### What you expected to happen
   
   I expect to obtain data through system built-in parameters like ${system.datetime}
   
   ### How to reproduce
   
   Creating a Java workflow will reveal it

   Currently, java tasks do not support replacing custom variables or built-in variables. We welcome you to propose an improvement issus
