   I've encountered the same issue, but in my case I had both `<uses-permission>` and `<uses-feature>` duplicated due to conflicts between `plugin.xml` configurations.
   
   For now, the best solution I found was using a simplified version of [this hook](https://github.com/don/cordova-plugin-ble-central/blob/master/hooks/after_prepare.js) found at [cordova-plugin-ble-central](https://github.com/don/cordova-plugin-ble-central).
