Drug-Purpose Mapping

Hi -

I'm looking to get the purpose of a drug for the rxcui's returned by cTAKES. Is there a way to retrieve this from UMLS dictionary by doing a lookup? Alternatively, is there a database available which contain information about drugs and their purpose?

Here's an example of what I'm looking for:

Generic drug name: ACETAMINOPHEN
RXCUI: 313820
Purpose: Pain reliever/fever reducer
