[VOTE] Release v3.2.0

Hi all,

I've prepared a release for v3.2.0, this release has no significant changes 
compared to v3.1.4.

The artifacts are available at http://people.apache.org/~zwoop/rel-candidates/:

Those use a different "rc" format. Look at rc/solaris for details (you need 
to use the XML config).

Also, as a general request, please everyone, make sure you send emails to 
these lists with a From: address that is on the subscription list. Otherwise 
we have to moderate them, which gets annoying after a while ;).

Those use a different "rc" format. Look at rc/solaris for details (you need 
to use the XML config).

34m reqs, ~500GB served across a cluster of 3 ATS boxes over the past 7
days.  3.1.4 in use up to Friday, and since then 3.2 RC1.  No issues.

Passed sig checks, built, and passed regression, running as home forward proxy server now.  I also diffed the code against the 3.1.4 release and only saw minor header include changes and the memcpy() change.

Talked to David Carlin and it has been running in production on a couple boxes over the weekend without any problems.  We have already been running 3.1.4 in production on a few servers.
