[GitHub] [beam] lostluck opened a new issue, #27511: [Task]: Translate the IO Authoring Guide for the Go SDK.

lostluck opened a new issue, #27511:
URL: https://github.com/apache/beam/issues/27511

   ### What needs to happen?

The IO Authoring Guide should contain Go specific content and instructions for best practices.

At this point the user surface for the Go SDK is largely feature complete WRT the beam model, so it should be possible to implement arbitrary IOs Natively in Go, in a way that won't require additional surface to migrate.
