   I am strongly opposed to this change.  This default value has been in place for a very long time and the decision then was to make the default match the most obvious intent.   ListFile and FetchFile are a more powerful pair and decompose what GetFile does. We will likely remove GetFile in an eventual nifi 2.0.
   
   For future contribs please follow the contrib guidance which means a jira must exist and be linked with the commit message.
