[I] Can't play in background [cordova-plugin-media]

   ## Problem
   
   I'm using the library to play audio, everything works fine but as soon as I put the app in background, the audio stops.
   
   ### What is expected to happen?
   
   Ability to play audio in background
   
   ### What does actually happen?
   
   The audio stops when app goes to background.

   macOS VSCode, run on iOS 17 on iPhone 14 Pro.
