build和refresh区别
如果按天分区，20190601这一天的cube已经build，那我再次build和refresh会有什么区别吗，我自己测试发现，如果重复build，应该会吧旧的数据给覆盖掉，那岂不是build和refresh是一样的了吗？

Hi ning,
As far as I can see, Refresh action will check if you have a exist segment meet segment range for which you request, but Build action won't do such check. So if you really want to fresh (not create a new one), use refresh will be better/safe beacuse it won't mess up if you do mistake in typing segment range.
