It possible to have a configuration like use-commit-times apply to all clients by putting it on the server?
It is possible to have a configuration like [use-commit-times] apply to
all clients by putting it on the server?
The documentation is not clear on this subject:

At this time, there is no client-configuration behavior *at all*
which a server can broadcast to a client.
