   I understand that 374 files changed, 18008 lines added, 31188 lines removed is huge and not really possible to review. I am asking Claude Code to split up the elephant. He can do that and plan to open 6 independent PRs:
   
   * PR 1 — Legal & ASF Governance 
   * PR 2 — GitHub/CI Infrastructure
   * PR 3 — Documentation
   * PR 4 — Remove Dead Code & Binaries
   * PR 5 — New Solr Modules
   * PR 6 — Core Framework Changes (depends on 4+5)
   
   All of these can be opened against main branch, and only PR#6 needs to wait for 4+5 to merge first.
