the trailing slash bug in 3.3- anyone have a fix?

i'm frustrated by a bug that has appeared in tomcat 3.3 (beta 1) where
tomcat's "Up to:" link does not postpend the trailing slash (eg,
navigate up to "/Examples" in the examples tree). has anyone figured out
how to fix this?
