isapi_redirector2.dll

Has anyone got the isapi_redirector2.dll working with Tomcat 4.1.12 and
mod_jk2-2.0.43.dll.

I get the following error in the browser:
The servlet container is temporary unavailable or being upgraded

GET /jakarta/isapi_redirector2.dll 500

In the web server log.

Tomcat runs fine on 8080 and fine with Apache 2.0.43 on port 80.

I've double checked typos in the registry, one question - why is there
no longer an entry for logFile in the registry settings (according to
install instructions)?
